Synopsis
Documentary film is about the surviving Sikh community of Afghanistan who have been caught in the political crossfire in Afghanistan since the rise of the Taliban regime to power in 1992. It deals with the testimonies of the proud Afghan Sikhs who have been a part of the culture and heritage of Afghanistan since the seventeenth century and how they barely scrape a living to survive in this war torn country today.

The situation of the Sikh families is very serious What about the other minorities? They too are suffering like us. What is the Sikh population here? In the temple alone there are about 20 families that survive. What are only 20 families all living here? Yes only about 20 families there is no work for the Sikh men here and so the situation is even worse. So there is no work for the Sikhs? Yes there is virtually no employment for the Sikhs. How do you manage to purchase basic necessities like clothing and food? We do a bit of work here and there to make ends meet.
